Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR, is a powerful new psychotherapy technique which has been very successful in helping people who suffer from trauma, anxiety, panic, disturbing memories, post traumatic stress and many other emotional problems. Until recently, these conditions were difficult and time-consuming to treat. EMDR is considered a breakthrough therapy because of its simplicity and the fact that it can bring quick and lasting relief for most types of emotional distress.

EMDR is the most effective and rapid method for healing PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) as shown by extensive scientific research studies.
The EMDR therapy uses bilateral stimulation, right/left eye movement, or tactile stimulation, which repeatly activates the opposite sides of the brain, releasing emotional experiences that are "trapped" in the nervous system. This assists the neurophysiological system, the basis of the mind/body connection, to free itself of blockages and reconnect itself.

Past Life Therapy
Past Life Therapy (PLT) is considered one of the most powerful tools available for transformation in the fields of integrative medicine, psychology and self-awareness. PLT is a very effective means for discovering the underlying cause of limiting core beliefs, phobias, troubling behavior / attitudes, or intense relationship dynamics.
PLT is also effective at assessing strengths and accomplishments from prior experiences, re-experiencing a successful time which can bring a sense of balance and peace; clarifying direction and life purpose by viewing one’s blueprint for this lifetime. Sandplay therapy is a very freeing technique. It allows you to let go gracefully. It is a nurturing spiraling process allowing you to access many layers of consciousness at once. Possibly, the “Real Self” expresses grief, anger or rage for past abuse or violations of the self. There occurs a union of opposites or creation of a healing mandala.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
“EFT” or the “Emotional Freedom Technique” is an energy therapy that releases negative emotions trapped in the body’s energy system. Developed by Gary Craig, EFT is now revolutionizing conventional therapeutic thought and astounding many who use it.
EFT utilizes the energy meridians of the body. All that is required is to simply focus on the negative emotion or problem and “tap” certain meridian points on the body. The real beauty of the technique is that anyone can do it; it is simple to use and easy to learn. You can use it on yourself, with your family or with friends.
The Essence of EFT
When a person experiences a negative event, it causes a negative emotion that is an energy disruption in an otherwise free-flowing energy system; this causes an imbalance, which in turn causes the emotional intensity that you feel when you recall the emotional event. By tapping various points on your body, pulses are sent through the body’s meridians to fix the disruption and thus remove the intensity. There is no need to address the emotional event.

Reiki is a Japanese name consisting of 2 words Rei and Ki, meaning “spiritually guided life energy” (commonly known as “Universal Life Energy”), an energy which animates us all and is found all around us. Reiki is a form of spiritual healing using “universal life energy” channeled through a practitioner’s hands to the recipient.
Reiki is useful for stress reduction, physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and for pain management. The lineage of Reiki comes from the Dr. Usui method.
